This happened to me this past weekend also

I made a big purchase, and that went through, and I transferred it after a few minutes.
Then i made a smaller purchase and that one is stuck. It says Transaction Completed, but 0 Zen in the transferrable balance area.
I put in a ticket with a screen shot. Hopefully they will act on this soon.
