Hello people.

On one of my ships I've found that whenever I put any torpedoes or missiles they gain the following procs.

50% chance: Lesser of -20 or -20% able crew
10% chance: Lesser of -10 or -10% alive crew

I don't really know how I got this proc. Has anyone else seen it and/or know how I managed to get it? I've scoured through my character's stats and can't figure it out.

(In case this is a really silly question or has a rally obvious answer, I apologise in advance...)
