I think the use of duty officers would be improved if there was record on their dossier of how many missions they've been on, how many were successful and how many failures.

This would make it more fun, and easier to reassign, dismiss and trade in the duty officers you have while adding to your recruits.

I have 125 recruits, and I know that many players have even more, but it find it frustrating and difficult when I try to make room for new doffs because I really don't want to accidentally dismiss someone useful while keeping someone that hasn't been an asset.
