Take all the stuff off the Armitage and Delete it. Then reclaim it from the C-Store and put all your stuff back on the new version. Hopefully that'll fix your problem - assuming you're not using a Fleet version.

Edit: You might also just want to wait and see if the problem gets fixed in the new patch. After the patch it all might work properly.
