If the 1% of the playerbase has even a single LockBox ship then STO is being played by far more people than anyone has ever imagined and we have been shafted on the whole, " but but Cryptic hasn't the resources.." excuses given in the past on why anything failed to make it into game becuase there are a lot of LockBox ships in the game.
