Plus 2 uni boff slots (one of them is Lt Com), +30 ACC in attack mode which means more CritH or CritD mod options for weapons. Or, just go w/very high ACC options for anti escort builds, maybe BO3 w/+70 (or more w/omega deflector) ACC will hit reliably. Lots of options for Tacs.
Even w/reduced Sci consoles seems like a viable alternative to the b'rel for a psw interrupt and weapon damage support Sci to go w/all the options Tacs will have. There's potential for shield stripping and torps as well.
I'm kinda thinking it's gonna get nerfed in some fashion, tbh.
