Believe non-indigenous beings had no rights and have a claim on Earth. It would be a “return” to the Alpha. They’re technologically advanced enough to challenge even the Borg. They could definitely be a good candidate.

The Q are ancient but I don’t think it would be Q just because they could just snap their fingers and the Federation and the Klingons would instantly blink out of existence. There's really no "fighting" them.
