It would be nice if something could be done about that too. However, suicidal PuGs waste less time than the group that quits (for very good reason, because there is always a good reason to quit!) only 2 kills from the end or the guy who thinks logging out to avoid death is a valid mechanic.

Plus, building a team can solve the suicidal teammate problem.
