If I remember right, you still have to by the MVAM to get the console to make the flet model do the seperation, and you do get a discount on the fleet version if you own the original version.

Also I dont remember what Tier of SB is needed, but what if a person fleet hasn't gone to that level yet? They will still need the original for the console and they can still use it until they get the opportunity to acuire the fleet model.

It's actually not odd at all to advertise the ship, it's still in its "maturity" point of its product-life cycle. As far as your reference, actually, it's more like a car dealer advertising a car that the original model year launch was 2008, still produce new but have changed to a new model yet. It's still a "new" ship the performance and gas mileage is still the same as it ever was. There might be other models that are "newer" in design, not any more new nonetheless.
