Good times ahead. Shame I intend to grind Romulan rep first. Still, Cutting Beam is only, what?, Tier 2? 3? shouldnt take too long even taking a back seat to Romulans.

Oh and I also approve of changing torpedo and mine consoles to a new single console that just boosts Kinetic Damage.

It would trim down the number of different consoles nicely too.
