I don't think it's all that "brilliant".

My online time is limited - I often only queue for content that I know doesn't usually take too long to complete. For example, I am more likely to do, say, ISE or Fleet Alert as, with a good team, the time in which the mission can be completed isn't prohibitive to playing that mission.
