Both of these tests were conducted in the space outside of DS9.
In sector space outside of DPS...these are the base numbers for dbb on tribble.
mkXII DBB - 680.2 disruptor damage (544.1 DPS)
Just using one console...a 30% weapons bonus should be 884.26 disruptor damage (707.3 DPS)
Hidden nerf, bug, or intentional?
Idenical ships, weapon power settings, accolades, and/or did you have any assignment buffs from completed doff assignments on HD?
