No offense but really, if you have a Tech Proto then use it to buy a piece you dont own or even if you own it, toput it on BOFFs unless everyone already have a set and a spare set.

I am going to say it only fair to have a 1 Proto tech = 5 Neural but I understand why this would lead to people farming Defera instead since if they have Neural they are no going to play Elite anymore because they dont need it and of they also give large amounts of Marks and Dilithium then why even play? just start project and come back 1 day, 16 hours later ... repeat and they would get all the Mk XII sets that way too.
