Hello all,

I hope that this helps:
My machine is on a network, via a wireless router. The network gets internet through a regular DSL gateway.

Two days ago I had couldn't access the patch server or startrekonline.com. I tried the following solutions to no avail:

1. Restarted everything
2. Ran Windows restore to the previous day
3. Changed my computer's IP
4. Reinstalled the game

Then I changed my routers IP:

The game has worked for me ever since.
I don't know if this answer is applicable in your case, or even that it solved my problem. I have heard that the game client has a history of spontaneously working and not working.
