having a Fleet Scourge (the one with 2 sci slots) - I LOVE IT

never cared about Bortas

Boxed ships - D'Kora really rocks (have it on my KDF engi)

Sci Wells on fed side is not bad, but does the KDF equivalent have cloak? If so and you have a sci char - go for it
