I thought of this build for my B'rel/Sci;

Not a direct damage dealer design but one more for the heals/de-debuffers (ST, EXS1, HE3, A2sIF1), the use of a timed SNB, EWP, VM, VTR, AMS,GPG and the torpedo/mine spam.
