How does one "break" the tailor? I have seen aliens that were taller and shorter than I can make them or even one federation alien that had a gorn head. I opened one of the character jpegs in notepad and it contains all the values so in theory you could change the values but notepad wont save the file as a jpeg so it wont work with that piece of software.
