The point was not to take away rewards from people who want to do the easy ones but to ensure that the rewards you get from doing any mission / content is proportional to the amount of time you spend on it.

ISE is a quick mission so it doesn't award as much as a long mission like KASE.

This kind of time-based reward structure is what Dan Stahl was talking about implementing.

The key thing that makes this work is allowing people to choose rewards when completing something that currently only awards Dilithium / Marks etc.
