The idea for tier 6 ships as I understand them is the exact opposite of scrapping previous tier ships, but rather to make use of them in conjuntion with the Tier 6 ship using them I guess as pets.

So I guess I'll be able to summon my BoP, Dacoit FDC, and whatever other ships I get when flying my tier 6 ship.

It'd be cool to summon a Dacoit, Corsair, Maruader, and Fleet Corsair and thier fighters along side my main ship.
