Linking Cryptic and PW account

Unfortunatly, being a complete novice on here, according to my new PW accouint, and only been playing st online since the beta was launched a few years ago, I cant start a new post (being so new), I can only reply to posts already put up on here.
So here goes, having played Star Trek with life long subsrcription and veteran status, since the patch a few weeks ago, where you now have to have a PW account, I've lost everything, ships, rank, characters, credits, experience, the lot.
And all support does is, try this, try that, try the other, all resulting in lost game time, and still nothing.
Why fix something that wasn't broken? To say I'm annoyed now would be an understatement. I suppose well into the new year, support might actually do something that helps me, but until then, I'll just sit here with a game I can do sweet nothing with.

Just do me a favor, instead of repeating fixes that dont work, actually do something to resolve this for me.
Shame support tickets cant be escallated to full blown complaints.
