It's a hidden accolade, doesn't show up on the list. It along with a bunch of others. You just get it by running into an IMR saying "good bye cruel world", you get brutally killed, and then you get your free borg Sci BOff, who on the ground... omfg... and it's starting abilities are rather nasty as well.
