removing loot from the game would totally ruin the economy. and just when the STO economy was getting back on it's feet with proper EC sinks.

this is easy to do.

round Robbin default for pugs

need / greed default for pre made groups etc.

btw. this is Star trek online. not Star Trek Simulator

there for game play has more weight then canon
