Looking at the image, I note two things:
1. It's a fan creation.
2. Judging by the windows, lifeboat hatches, etc, it's the size of a Miranda or Nova at best. More likely half that.

I would surmise it's probably an escort, also? (If I saw that in SFB, I'd call it a TNG-era PF, "psuedo fighter".)

Putting these things together, I'd say it's pretty darn unlikely.
