If I'm having the same problem that Spacefork is, then I have this to ask: Are you launching from the Steam platform, or did you download the game from Cryptic?

I am having a similar problem: Attempting to login through the launcher.

You input username and password, hit Login, then the launcher freezes, then crashes.
