Leadership trait is still broken though. No increase to hull repair skill stat, and no change to hull repair rate either.

thats just absurd. with APA i'll be over 20% before any weapon mods are factored in
common cryptic, the galaxy model prints money at this point, give us a version that isn't so terrible and charge us $50 for it
