Could you fill in the blanks in terms of what the amounts it gives are? I'm going to compare the MACO MK XII to a Positron Deflector Array MK XII (common) + modifiers you listed above (I don't know the value).

MACO MK XII:

Positron Deflector Array MX XII (common):

+ x [targ] (what is this? accuracy?)
+ x [threat] (threat control?)

If the Emitters, SIF, and Shield System are 8.8, I don't see how this is better than the MACO defense wise. Having extra threat control will only boost your hull resistance, and it's really not that much.

If you want a more offensive deflector dish, I'd rather have the Omega deflector than the dish you suggested.
