well...the bugship's pretty close to idiot-proof, it has Cruiser tanking ability with better-than-escort DPS, manuever, and speed. right out of the box. to do a BAD build you'd need to skittle/rainbow it with the wrong consoles in every slot.
So the same basic advice you get running your sci on any OTHER KDF ship applies (since we ain't got no Sci ships).
