General:
- The stats for the Mk XII Jem'Hadar Space Set have been upgraded.
- Shield's Capacity has increased.
- Deflector's Stealth Detection bonus has been doubled.
- Engine's Weapon Power bonus has been doubled.
- The Neural Spike Duty Officer Active Roster power now only activates when the owner uses Neural Neutralizer.
