I am a tac captain and like I said in a previouse post. It is acceptiable but nowhere near op. 15k damage MAX when fully buffed on shielded opponent. If your shield less your SoL just like any shield less opponent.

Fully Buffed cannon scort can rip through shields wahaaa nerf them.... thats how u sound right now buddy. Anything fully buffed kills more effective!!!! does not mean its op...

Play a full kin build, you sacrifice a huge chunk of skills and power to do the thing we can. To even get close to the damage of a transcluster at 15k fully buffed you must Sacrifice your focus on energy weapon entirely.

No one fully spec will get a 1 shot through shields EVER, and to sacrifice so much for one power to make it usable is NOT OP.

I?ve one shot 4 people in 3 sec but it was a combination of kin attacks and multi mines, I sure allot of them thought it was the cluster that fired, but was just one piece of the puzzle.

A cluster by itself is not op
1 will not one shot through shields (even buffed)
2 requires major overhaul of ship, skill, powers to be effective
3 can be shot down
4. pointless for escort and cruisers
5 requires timing, skills and buffs
6.Opponenet can spec against it
7.Out run mines/ ewp/bfaw/ anti spam

BTW If your crying about transcluster all you have to do is use a kin res console, "oh dear no" I know its hard to understand that some ship have strength and weakness and kin consoles aren?t very popular, but you can?t have the best of both world.

Narrowing the player base to be point and shoot and all shield res would be face roll dumb having kin build be effective makes people have a better well rounded ship = better pvp.

Personally I don?t care if they fix the all crit bug, because I only drop cluster with alpha +omega ill still get 70%+ crit chance. The point I am trying to drive through all the speculative kids, is that tans cluster now or after will never be op. If you fall victim to this A. you have no kin res or B the guy shooting it is min/max kin build or C both which is unfortunate for you..
