Thanks Maddog. Were you able to download the Power Calculator? What sort of DOff info were you looking for? Hmm... There aren't any, that I know of, that permanently affect Ship's Power. I suppose there are some that have triggered, temporary passives. I'll mention that in the section about batteries and BOff powers.
