About pivot turn :
In pvp if you try to use a raptor as it is (without RCS console for example) you will find that is almost impossible to turn as any federation escort.More even some sci federation ship's do out-turn my raptor.It is like flying in circle around with federation ship pounding the raptor from behind while you can't do anything to get a weapon lock.Very frustrating and unfair mostly in C&H where you have no other choice than to stay and fight near a fixed point in space.
It is like this :"Hey lets make kdf some slow turning ship's so faster fed escorts can have fun shooting them easily and don't forget to give them bigger hull so the fun won't end too soon"
