If you're using the build/ship mentioned in the first page, use the KHG/Adapated MACO shield and engine, with the MACO (defensive) or Omega (offensive) deflector. The KHG/Adapated MACO 2-piece bonus gives a good boost to torpedo damage, so unlike all the other sets it'll up your DPS.
You can always use the KHG/Adapated MACO engines/deflector with the MACO shield too, but that deflector is inferior while the KHG shield is pretty good.
