2 Tactical Team are active for 40 sec per minute. A 3rd copy would not change that. Therefore you only should have 2 copies of Tactical Team.
If you have 2 purple Conn Officer Doffs (each reduces the cooldown by 8 sec), even one Tacical team is sufficiant
If you have 3 Tactical Ensign powers, you shouldn't be running Tac Team Conn Officers unless you
like beam or hybrid escorts.
Please stop exponential holding/reputation costs!
