Simply put: we are the customers. If we enjoy playing the game a certain way then we'll pay money. When you force us to play the game your way and we don't like it - we go play & pay for something else (there's a lot of games out there you know). When you really tick us off, then we completely write off your entire company (hey don't expect me to go bend over at NWN now).

So... when you nerfed the foundry at the start of S7 - I stopped spending $ on STO. After you gave us a 15 min. IOR I "thanked" your company in purchasing Zen (which I haven't even spent yet). Now you've nerfed the foundry once more and yet again obliterated my small fleet's progress... don't expect any $ from me until you restore this entirely. If you don't; then expect to lose customers.
