Unfortunately, zoning didn't work for me. I have changed ships, swapped out characters, relogged, restarted, beamed up and down, changed instances, flown from sector to sector, transwarped -- nothing helped.

This is now an unplayable game for that character which is annoying as I am a subscriber and I can't do what I have subscribed to.

I also filed a ticket but it isn't showing in View Tickets so I don't know what's wrong there.

It has to be fixed ... and a little recognition post from someone would help. Right now I feel like nobody is paying any attention to the problem.
