Hi all,

I Bought Zen about an hour ago. The purchase went through, got the confirmation email. The money has even been removed from my MC Debt.

The problem; my Wallet Status says "Reviewing".

I understand they want to make sure I'm a player in good standing (Lifetime Member since 2/2010) . But it is very bad business practice to take a Consumers money and not give them the product for which they paid for.

They should review the Member, then take their money. Not the other way around.

I already emailed customer support, but I've always found that I get quicker responses from fellow Gamers.

If a Thread has alredy been posted with a resolution please give me the link if available.
