I've been playing Cryptic games for a while now. They're always on top of game breaking bugs and fix them as soon as they find the source of them. Any claims to the contrary are from people who haven't been paying attention.

It's the WTF-I-entered-the-sector-backwards? stuff that gets ignored. YMMV on their importance. Between that sort of thing or the giant robots that punched you back to lvl 1 like in CO, you better believe they should choose the robots.
