Yikes, I didn't intend to spawn any confusion. I always considered the tiers to be like twam said. But well, since the "tier" classification stops at the free Lv40 ships and there are better C-Store versions and then fleet ships and lockbox ships even after that, I think we can all agree that it's an outdated method of classification.

Maybe it would be better to adress the ships with the required rank to fly them?
