doesn't make sense;
But for the sake of the game, this is how the cloak mechanic is meant to be.
The only workaround i can think of is try maintain "red Alert" status, you only tend to get the cloak-interrupting messages after red alert is over; meaning you are out of danger.. and its not like there could be an enemy just entering range or anything.... silly cryptic
