Yes, you were charged for the zen but cryptic wants to make sure they will not get a charge back so they are going to wait (review process) a few days (probably 48 hours) before finalizing the transaction and giving you your zen. there is nothing to get upset about, this is how business is done and if the shoe was on the other foot you as the business owner would do the same thing. Give it 48 hours and if by then it has not completed then contact customer support about it.

PS there is no need to get angry at people, its not going to change the situation at all.
