In response to the many posters chiding those who are complaining about recent issues and recovery attempts by PWE/Cryptic, you should bear in mind that this is not an isolated incident. I and many others have experienced significant issues with the game since Thursday rendering it virtually unplayable for long stretches during that period. My job is in IT and we are required to provide regular communication to our customers about the nature of major issues and the expected recovery time. We're not being whiners when we complain - we are demanding performance for a service we are paying for. It is true that we are not aware of the efforts being put forth to recover the game, but that can be solved fairly simply with a few regular updates. Tonight's announcement of emergency maintenance is the first official acknowledgement of overall game problems I've seen in 5 days. If I had kept my customers in the dark this long at work, I'd be very worried about my next review.
