Maybe try sending in another ticket? I've found that GMs (in general) can be touchy. One will tell you there's no way to do something and the next will be like "Sure no problem." I've had that happen in the past personally although not with Cryptic. I would say keep sending in tickets. I mean if Funcom of all companies can restore my deleted characters Cryptic should be able to. If not then uh...they need to take another look at what they're doing lol.
