The PWE Support center does explain what the Reviewing heading means. If it's taken more than 24 hours, you should contact them. And they do explain that you can cancel the transaction, so you will not lose out on your money.

It's a whole big process, but don't panic, you can get this all sorted out. Just have to use their somewhat user unfriendly support system.
