I've had a similar "review" in the past.

Sometimes it breaks and doesn't work. So you may have to manually input it into your browser. I did the last time I had to go there for something.

You're looking for either the Contact Us button or the Transaction Issue link for previously answered questions.

It took about 10 hours of "review" for my last zen purchase. It went through fine. I didn't use paypal. Or an e-check. They just took forever to do this "instant" purchase.
