For some reason, it looks like the Steam portion of the promo didn't activate correctly. Please do the following so I can have the Billing team contact you and investigate your purchase and adjust appropriately:

  1. Visit support.perfectworld.com
  2. File a billing ticket
  3. Include information about your purchase
  4. Send me a forum PM with your ticket number and I will shoot it off to our Billing team
  5. If you can't get to support.pefectworld.com for any reason, email customerservice@perfectworld.com (this should ONLY be used if you can't get to support.perfectworld.com)

Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll get it up and running on Steam ASAP.
