And what they said about the Enterprise F is that in the rules of the design contest, CBS retained the design, it doesn't count as a Cryptic original, even though Cryptic honestly put more into the final design than the contest winner did having kept little except the split neck - meaning it could be made available for other licensed or canon works (as unlikely as new canon works are in the near future). It's the same situation as the Luna class, which is not technically canon but is owned by CBS (in the same way, by the submission terms of a design contest) and was made available to a STO and could be made available in other forms despite the Titan continuity being non-canon and not something CBS can license.
