Can anyone tell me where the heck you find the red matter capacitor? I got the collector's edition but it doesn't state how to find/use it. At least nowhere I've looked.

That menu cluster of icons (which defaults in the upper right quadrant of your screen), there's this triangle shaped button with its tip pointing down... this brings up a menu....

Can you use it on every character you make, or is it bound to the character that claims it? Also what about the Enterprise, same situation?
