I downloaded, patched, and launched this game yesterday. My 1st day of a 10 day trial. I keep receiving errors when launching the game complaining about error decompressing file. So I opened a ticket yesterday early afternoon (Error Decompressing File . - #733204 - Star Trek Online) and I haven't so much as even got a hello back. Wow, sure glad I didn't drop $50 bucks on this.

Hi Greg, I assume since you are posting in the peer support forum you are looking for help with the error. In my FAQ I have the following for that error.

Fatal Error: Error decompressing data

Delete the file reported in the technical details - delete the file reported and let the launcher patch it. This may take some time to download.
In the example below you would delete texture3.hogg.

Fatal Error: Error decompressing data. Verifying Files in the launcher may fix this issue.

Texture_Library/Costumes/Avatar/Uniforms/M_Uniforml_Go_01N.Wtex:Error decompressing data. Verifying Files in the launcher may fix this issue
