See my ticket #699106. The response I received was that it is currently impossible to remove/delete these items. Even for a GM.

Excuse me for ranting a moment, but how the hell can it be impossible for a GM to delete an item from the internal databases? Would it risk causing a tear in the space-time continuum or something? I understand that it's difficult or even impossible to ADD items to a person's inventory in the case of lost items, but these are items that we cannot delete - they are STUCK and nobody, not even the original owners, can interact with them in any way.

There are TWELVE of them in Jupiter Force's fleet bank, and they have been there since within a day of launch.

Why is this issue remaining unresolved, after such a long period of time? I'm sure that we're not the only fleet affected by this little feature.

Database errors can sometimes only be resolved by specialists. Why do you expect a GM be a database specialist? I would try deleting the fleet and make it new, maybe the GM will give you back the banktabs you allready bought.

If this type of issue can arise, then they need a "specialist" on staff that can rectify the situation. In Customer Service, you don't ignore an issue because you're incapable of fixing it - you escalate it to someone that can.

And re-invite all 200+ members, and their alts, and reset all permissions and ranks, and get every member promoted to the proper rank...

Thanks, but ... no.
