Has anyone tested to see if a BOP can use photonic fleet and then hit battle cloak leaving only fake ships to target?

The fake ships will disappear when you lose red alert, but until then they fight for you yes (but they are out of butter and shoot marshmallows)

Another tactic is to take Jam sensors you can fire at them and they will think its your photonic fleet hitting them, or if they are around another ship they will think its their photonic fleet'
